Our Guarantee & Return Policy
30-Day Quality Assurance
We stand by our products with a 30-day assurance, allowing you to reach out within 30 days of receiving your item for assistance. Items must be in their original, unused condition with tags and packaging, and a receipt or proof of purchase is required.
To proceed with a return, please contact us first. We’ll provide you with a prepaid shipping label and instructions on how to send back your package. Note that returns sent without prior contact may not be accepted.
Plants & Shipping Considerations
We ensure all plants arrive in a healthy state if ordered correctly. Please be aware of the following:
- Address changes for processed orders must be submitted within 24 hours.
- During colder months, a heat pack is required for shipments to colder regions. Orders without a heat pack added may not qualify for replacement or refund if damaged due to cold.
- Courier delays and issues with transit are not covered within our guarantee.
- Damaged plants meeting our policy conditions may qualify for a refund or replacement (plant-only; shipping costs are non-refundable).
To qualify for support on a damaged plant, please email us at hello@thehardengarden.com with your order details, a photo of the damage, and shipping information. Only one replacement per order is allowed.
Seedling Policy
Seedlings are living products and thus have a no-return policy. However, if you are unsatisfied, please reach out within 3 days of receiving them, with photos to help us assess their health. To ensure your seedlings thrive, open them immediately upon arrival and plant them as soon as possible. For any seedlings that do not recover within a week, we will gladly offer a credit, refund, or replacement.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll confirm if a refund is approved. If eligible, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the funds. If you have not received your refund after 15 business days, contact us at hello@thehardengarden.com.
